Assay is an independent, early-stage project. This page covers the website, the waitlist, and the open-source software. It is short on purpose.

The open-source software

The Assay gate published at github.com/arsenis-cmd/assay-gate is licensed under Apache-2.0. Your rights and obligations for that code are the ones in the license text in the repository. If anything here appears to conflict with the license for that code, the license governs.

Provided as is

The website, the benchmark figures, and any hosted service offered later are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The published numbers are reproducible from the open-source repository, and that reproduction is the claim. Nothing here is a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose or of any specific result in your own system.

No liability for use

You use Assay and anything on this site at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for damages arising from use of the software, the site, or the information on it. Assay is a safety layer, not a guarantee. Evaluate it against your own data before relying on it.

This is early software

Features, numbers, and availability may change as the work develops. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side.
